The Department offers two-year masters program in Computer Engineering which includes the subjects related to latest developments in the field of Advanced Computer Architecture, Applied Algorithms, Mobile Computing etc. The core faculty for the course comprises the in-house team consisting of staff having rich teaching experience which includes Prof Suhasini Itkar with her research area in Data Mining, Distributed Systems, Prof Deipali Gore with research area in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Prof B D Phulpagar doing his research in Image Processing, Genetic Algorithms, Digital Signal Processing, Prof M K Kulkarni in Image Processing, Data Mining and Prof A A Junnarkar in Network Security, Computer Networks

Department has a student organization named "CESA" (Computer Engineering students Association) under which various activities are organized. To name a few, project Exhibition (Innovation), aptitude tests, seminars from industry experts and Alumni. CESA has also launched a website www.mcoecesa.com, started an e-forum, wall magazine, etc. To enhance the knowledge of the students the department provides the e-library facility.
