Master Of Computer Application : 

MCA has been started in the year 2003-04.The programme is designed to produce a dynamic breed of computer professionals possessing excellent managerial skills. Emphasis is given to in-depth studies of numerous application-oriented subjects, covering various methodologies to develop software products efficiently and error-free, by utilizing advance networking technologies and application softwares. The strong foundation coupled with exhaustive preparation in management discipline ensures that the students will have life long access to rapidly developing new technologies and modern management methodologies.

The objective of the MCA is to provide an opportunity to work effectively with team and group, to communicate in written and oral form, to develop an appreciation of ethics and social awareness needed to develop masters for successful careers and leadership positions. 

Our aim is to prepare the students for technical and managerial skills necessary to design and implement computer applications to conduct open ended problem solving and apply critical thinking. To ensure this, the department is having MOU’s with companies like Infosys Ltd., IBM. The department has also conducted various National Seminars under Quality Improvement Program. Our faculties have also presented and published papers in various International & National journals and conferences.  The department is having well equipped laboratories with 80 P IV machines with backup facility.
