A flagship event of Rotaract club of PES-MCOE-IT of IT department “Dhadas” was conducted to teach girl students self-defense which is a countermeasure that involves the well being of oneself from harm. Some self-defense tricks and the use of reasonable force to protect oneself or members of the family from bodily harm from the attack of an aggressor taught to SE and TE students in order to encourage women's empowerment

Rotaract club of PES-MCOE-IT of IT department conducted an event of Crosstalk:Debate 2.0 The debate was on various topics like current affairs,politics, education. The goal of the debate was to generate effective critical thinking into primary uses in the given topic for the students.

On the Occasion of the 25th H.K.Firodia Awards Ceremony, We Rotaract club of PES MCOE-IT with Rotaract District 3131 conducted The interactive session between Scientists and Students. An Event where all students got a chance to make interaction with these awardees. And got a chance to receive knowledge from Dr. Tessy Thomas, Dr. Gagandeep Kang, Dr. Kiran Majumdar-Shaw, and Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar on their respective domain and the Presence of DRR. Akash Chikate was just like icing on the cake.

Rotaract Club of PES MCOE-IT in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Pune Mideast conducted a cleanliness drive ‘Gajasanskruti’ where we cleaned the streets near Shaniwarwada in Pune after the splendid celebrations of Ganpati Visarjan. Pune Muncipal Corporation was also in collaboration with us. Over 2 tonnes of garbage was collected by around 150+ Rotaractors and citizens, who actively participated in this cause. This event was also featured in newspaper ‘Sakal’.

We Rotaract Club of PES MCOE-IT along with 25 other clubs from 4 districts conducted an Editorial Event "REELFIESTA” on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi in which participants submitted their creative reels and videos of the Ganeshotsav they celebrated. Total of 110 participants were part of the biggest event in the district. The videos were judged by the district editors Rtr. Pratiksha Sanap , Rtr. Amlan Nanda and Rtr. Deepti Pawar. For the first time we got a sponsor named "KalaBilla" for this event and winners were given merchandise from the sponsor. The winners’ reels were posted on our official Instagram handle along with ilovepune who collaborated with us for posting the winners reels in which the winner reel got 28k views.

On the occasion of International Justice Day, we Rotaract Club of PES MCOE-IT in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of DYPSBB Satellite City conducted a Debate Event - Verdict - The Debate. An event where Rotaractors and Non-Rotaractors came together and debated over crucial social and political views. The presence of our DRR Akash Chikate was the icing on the cake. His wise words and motivation pumped up all our members.

The workshop was organized by Rotaract Club of PES MCOE-IT in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Pune Yuva’s. The need of this workshop for girls and women in the society is to safeguard themselves against violence/harassment. This workshop was not just meant for girls but boys were included as well. Trainer Rtr. Tanmay Kamble is the Jt. Secretary at Martial Arts Shotokan Karate. He taught various techniques to safeguard ourselves against violence/harassment. The Chief Guest for the workshop was Prof. Dr. Mrs. S.D. Deshpande and Mrs.Swapna Bhavsar

Blood Donation Camp was organized by Rotaract club of MCOE-IT in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Amanora Youngistan, Rotaract Club of Entc Mcoe and Rotaract Club of Electrical of Mcoe Metro. This event was organized under World Rotaract Week. The meeting was called to order by our president Rtr. Srushti Kulkarni. The camp was open to all. The donation drive was successful leading to the count of 26 units of blood.

Blood Donation Camp was organized by Rotaract club of MCOE-IT in collaboration with Rotaract Club of MCOE [Computer] Metro, NSS unit, PES MCOE, Rotaract Club of Entc Mcoe and Rotaract Club of Electrical of Mcoe Metro. The camp was inaugurated by Principal Dr. (Mrs.) K. R. Joshi Ma’am. The camp was sponsored by Rotary Club of Pune Metro The donation drive was successful leading to the count of 168 units of blood.

An energetic counselling session was conducted for career counselling as well as overall personality development, that countered all the conjectures in relation to students’ journey through life, learning and work changes. This session aimed at helping students establish realistic goals, discover solution to challenges, develop action plans, build self-confidence, and instill motivation to take necessary action. The session was concluded beautifully where all the students got a chance to interact with the Parent Rotary, learn from them and also exchange their ideas. The session ended with a vote of thanks delivered by Rtr. Rubal Gajbhiye.

An energetic musical session was conducted by Mr.Abhijit Ganvir, Mr.Rohan Bagade on the topic of music . It was arranged for 5 orphanages namely 1. Daya Vihar Asharm, MaladWest, Mumbai 2. Dnyandeep Balgruh, Dighi, Pune 3. Sparsh Balkashram,Hadapsar,pune 4.Nirankari Balgram, Hadapsar, Pune 5.Sparsh Balgram,Khadki, Pune in order to teach them music , singing and musical instruments . The musician’s shared knowledge about rhythm and base, also demonstrated it through classical instruments like table and harmonium. Mr. Abhijit Sir also played a song guessing game with children. They enjoyed that too. The session was concluded by a beautiful classical song.

A wonderful event organized by our club on the topic of UNIONBUDGET 2022-23. It was arranged for all members of club in order to know the importance of budget. All team members gave their best in this competition and the judges also share their thoughts. All members enjoyed the event.

The session was conducted by Rtr.Swati Dwibhashyam mam along with Rtr. Pranit Bakshi Sir on the various posts of the BODs. It was arranged for Rotaract members in order to know the responsibilities and working of the club. The speakers guided the members of the club to work with dedication and unity. She also demonstrated to “Be grounded, she also added to , “Have a vision, have a plan to take your club at a best height.”. Swati mam explained the roles of the BOD members. All the members got to learn new plans and strategies to learn. This session was informative.

An informative orientation session was conducted by Rtr. Amit Shah. It was arranged for all Rotaractors of PES-MCOE IT in order to know the functioning of a Rotaract Club. The speaker shared information about the origin of the first ever Rotaract club. He also addressed what exactly is ‘Rotaract’ and what are ‘The goals of Rotaract Movement’. He further explained the organizational and administrational structure of Rotaract Club. He briefly introduced the designations of post in the Board of Directors of the club and explained their ‘Roles and Responsibilities’. In the end, he also answered all the queries of the participants related to the orientation sessions. All faculties and Rotaractors enjoyed the informative session. This session helped the Rotaractors to know the club even better.

The meeting was called to order by Rotary Club Pune Metro’s President Rtn. Sneha Subhedar followed by her address to the newly inducted Charter. Introduction of DRR Rtr. Parth Jaokar was done by Rtn. Amita Nene followed by this the oath taking of members was led by DRR Rtr. Parth Jaokar. President of Rotaract Club of PES MCOE-IT Rtr. Srushti Kulkarni addressed the members and said that she would be committed to the principal motto of Rotary ``Service Above Self” . DRR Rtr. Parth Jaokar shared his own experience of being in Rotary and how the club helps us in shaping our personality. Chief Guest Dist. Chair Mr. Amit Shah explained how various opportunities are available through Rotary.
