Strategies
IQAC shall evolve mechanisms and procedures for:
- Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic and administrative.
- Leveraging ICT for efficiency and effectiveness in administrative, academics, research, library and placement.
- Conduct Academic and Administrative audit to evaluate the performance of the departments and activities.
- Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and proper allocation of support structure and services.
The functions of the IQAC are:
- Development and application of quality benchmarks in Academics : By defining Outcome Based Education Policy and ensuring effective implementation of the same.
- Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
- Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders.
- Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
- Documentation of the various programs/activities leading to quality improvement.
- Coordination of Institutional best practices and taking conscious efforts towards planning and execution of practices specific to Institutional distinctiveness i.e. Techno –Social Community Connect.
- Development and maintenance of institutional database through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Periodical conduct of Internal and External -Academic and Administrative Audit.
- Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
- Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education and taking conscious efforts towards planning and implementation of various reforms in higher education as per National policies.
