The Guest Lecturer Mr. Shital Chavan explained about the “Future Trends and Challenges in Mechanical Engineering”. He briefly explained about AI, Robotics, Automation, Nanotechnology ,CAE and their importance in advance manufacturing.

A session on 'Career Opportunities for Mechanical Engineers in IT Industry' was conducted by Mechanical Engineering Student Association (MESA) through online mode. The guest speaker for the session was Mr. Dattaprasad Gawade (Test Analyst, TSYS Global Payments). Guest explained the pillars of IT industry, namely, Non-IT support, Quality and Assurance, and Development. He also shared his knowledge about the roles and tracks in the IT industry starting from the entry level jobs right up to CTOs and CEOs. Towards the end, he stated the steps to enter into the software industry and the teams for the same.
