Project Funding Scheme of PES’s MCOE
Research and Innovation Cell of PES’s MCOE has initiated Project Funding Scheme since 2018 to encourage students from Engineering and Management Disciplines to undertake project / research / development work which can be helpful to the Institute and Society at large. Different funding schemes available are as follows
- MCOE “Tantradnyaa” ( तंत्रज्ञा )
At MOCE, Innovation cell has initiated project funding scheme for girls students specifically to encourage women contribution in Technology. This is the excellent opportunity for the group of girls for their novel project ideas.
- MCOE “Navonmesh” ( नवोन्मेष )
MCOE strives to cultivate the culture of innovation in student’s mind. This funding scheme is one of the efforts to encourage development and implementation of the innovative ideas among students.
- MCOE “Nirmitee” ( निर्मिती )
To encourage the entrepreneurship spirit among students of MCOE, this funding scheme is for students working on projects that can be converted into products (have product potential).
- MCOE “Anusandhan” ( अनुसंधान )
Projects focused at innovative scientific findings and exploration to develop the new technologies will be encouraged under this funding scheme.
- MCOE “Samvedana” ( संवेदना )
To encourage sensitivity of the Engineering students towards societal problems and needs; suggesting and implementing solutions for the same, MCOE’s Innovation Cell has introduced this funding scheme. The application based (Societal need based projects/ projects in healthcare domain will be encouraged to apply for this funding scheme.
Students from different project groups, who are eligible to avail the funding under any of the above schemes, are required to submit application through their project guides and through HOD to the Principal.
Upon due sanction from the Principal, the funding (eligible amount) is provided to the respective project group/s.

9. Detail the usefulness of the Project for the department/Institution.
UNDERTAKING
To undertake that:
- l/We shall abide by the rules/guidelines governing the scheme in case assistance is provided to me/us.
- l/We shall complete the project within the stipulated period. If I/We fail to do so and if the Project Review Committee is not satisfied with the progress of the research project, the project may be terminated immediately and I/We will refund the amount proportional to the recurring expenditure incurred by me/us.
- The original bills duly signed by project guide and head of the department will be submitted for in due time period
- The prototype/ model / experimental setup will be made available for display at the respective departments.
