Authors are requested to submit original, unpublished manuscripts written in English, with a maximum length of five (5) pages, formatted as per the IEEE double-column format. Submissions must be in PDF format only and should be emailed to: mcoeconference@moderncoe.edu.in The corresponding author must ensure that the submitted manuscript is ethically sound and passes a plagiarism check with similarity below 10%, using software such as Turnitin or equivalent.
The Selection and Editorial Committee holds the final authority to accept or reject submitted papers based on quality, originality, and relevance.
